You have a proven track record in driving growth strategies, ideally within the e-commerce sector. With at least 5 years of experience in growth management, you understand the nuances of user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your analytical mindset allows you to channel user intent effectively across various stages of the purchasing journey.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to implement innovative growth initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned towards common goals. You are passionate about creating a seamless user experience that drives repeat preference and loyalty.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager - Growth at Meesho, you will lead initiatives aimed at increasing the active user base and enhancing user engagement. You will formulate and implement user-seller programs that make the platform more attractive and drive purchasing intent at the right moments. Your role will involve analyzing user behavior and leveraging insights to optimize homepage management and promotional strategies.
