You have a proven track record of successfully delivering cloud-based, integration-focused solutions to external customers — your experience includes managing complex projects and ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints. You are organized and possess a strong project management mindset, complemented by technical knowledge that allows you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your stellar communication skills enable you to work closely with Executive and Senior Leadership, Client Stakeholders, and Implementation Engineers — you thrive in environments where collaboration is key to success. You are ready to grow and be challenged as part of a high-performing team, and you understand the importance of delivering value to customers through effective project management.

Desirable

Experience with B2B Integration and/or EDI is a bonus — you understand the nuances of these integrations and how they impact project delivery. You are comfortable leading teams and influencing those around you to achieve positive results, ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Senior Project Manager at Cleo, you will manage a portfolio of projects tied to strategic accounts — your role will involve owning project delivery outcomes from kickoff to closure for customer-facing solutions. You will communicate regularly with project stakeholders on status, schedule, budget, and risk factors through each project phase, ensuring transparency and accountability.

You will conduct project kickoffs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings — your leadership will guide implementation engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Your ability to influence and motivate your team will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of project management in a cloud-based environment. You will also be expected to report on project progress to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
