Your role as the primary client liaison means you excel at ensuring positive client experiences, resolving issues, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

You possess relevant certifications such as Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Project Administrator, Confluence Space Admin) and project management certifications like PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2. Your knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices is a significant asset, and you may also hold Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or PMI-ACP. You are committed to continuous learning and process improvement, always looking for ways to enhance delivery processes.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager at Valiantys, you will actively participate in shaping engagement scope and plans to ensure delivery readiness following client signature. You will monitor and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and issues to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial tracking, monitoring project margins, and ensuring internal compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and Atlassian tools to drive project success.

You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous project documentation and governance, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices to improve project delivery. You will engage with clients regularly, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience throughout the project.
