What you'll do

As a Senior Growth Lead at Mercor, you will own the performance of candidate sourcing pods, ensuring quality, speed, and throughput across various projects. You will lead a team of Associates, making judgment calls on prioritization and channel strategy. Your role will involve hands-on work as well as shaping strategy and improving systems to enhance overall performance. You will collaborate closely with researchers and operators to align sourcing efforts with the company's broader initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in raising the bar for the team and driving successful outcomes in expert sourcing.
