Handshake is seeking a Growth Operations Lead to architect and scale strategic growth initiatives that drive revenue and product adoption. This role requires collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.

Who you are
You have a strong background in growth operations, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to design effective growth strategies that align with business objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including product, engineering, and marketing teams. Your analytical mindset helps you optimize growth funnels and processes, ensuring that initiatives are data-driven and impactful. You are passionate about leveraging technology and AI to enhance user experiences and drive engagement.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies. A background in product management or marketing can also be beneficial, providing you with a well-rounded perspective on growth initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Growth Operations Lead at Handshake, you will own and lead critical growth initiatives from strategy through execution. You will collaborate deeply with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market to define and execute the growth roadmap. Your role will involve designing and implementing scalable growth systems, pipelines, and processes tailored to evolving customer needs and market demands. You will oversee and optimize the entire growth funnel, from acquisition to retention, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping how students, employers, and institutions experience Handshake's next generation of AI-driven products.
