What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on Applied AI, you will take ownership of projects from inception to production — this includes gathering requirements, designing data creation pipelines, and improving existing systems. You will work closely with frontier AI labs to understand their data needs and ensure that the solutions you develop meet those requirements.

Your role will involve rapid prototyping and iteration, allowing you to test ideas and gather feedback quickly — you will be responsible for deploying reliable systems that can scale effectively as demand grows. You will also engage in continuous improvement of the infrastructure that supports AI models, ensuring that it remains robust and efficient.
