What you'll do

As a Strategic Project Lead at Mercor, you will drive the tactical execution of multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring that all operational aspects are managed effectively. You will build deep client relationships with researchers at top AI labs, understanding their needs and aligning project goals accordingly. Your role will involve orchestrating the work of over 1,000 contributors, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.

You will be responsible for designing and managing end-to-end data pipelines, from customer specifications to final delivery. This includes overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also play a key role in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
