Who you are

You are a highly motivated team player with extensive Enterprise sales experience, particularly in driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions. You thrive in a revenue-oriented role where you have direct ownership for growth and understand the nuances of building and delivering success with key clients. Your proven skills in Sales, Solutioning, and Customer Success enable you to effectively influence and communicate at management levels, ensuring that client needs are met with the right solutions. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a good bias for action, ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

You possess a strong understanding of the WhatsApp platform and its potential to serve millions of businesses. Your experience in sales and customer success has equipped you with the ability to build relationships and drive execution through joint planning with external partners. You are comfortable navigating complex client environments and can articulate the value of WhatsApp Business Messaging to various stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with messaging platforms and their applications in business contexts. You are also encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as curiosity and a growth mindset are valued.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on growing Meta's business on WhatsApp, serving mid and large-sized clients in India. You will be responsible for building and providing the right solutions based on business needs, ensuring that clients can maximize their use of WhatsApp for business messaging. You will work closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to develop new ways to improve the WhatsApp Business Messaging experience.

Your responsibilities will include driving customer success initiatives, conducting joint planning sessions with clients, and executing strategies that lead to increased consumption of WhatsApp services. You will also be expected to influence product development based on client feedback and market trends, ensuring that Meta remains at the forefront of business messaging solutions.
