What you'll do

In this role, you will own all aspects of video conferencing operations for Meta's executives and VIPs. This includes conducting proactive inspections and collaborating with adjacent executive support services to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for remediating any technical or operational incidents that arise, ensuring that executives have a reliable and effective video conferencing experience.

You will work closely with the Collaboration Services Team to enhance the overall user experience and address any challenges that may arise. Your role will involve continuous improvement of the video conferencing service, ensuring that it meets the high standards expected by Meta's leadership.
