You are comfortable leading and influencing internal communications, keeping a growing organization of over 2000 employees streamlined and organized.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform a wide array of core administrative tasks, including managing and maintaining complex calendars for Product Leadership. You will prioritize high-volume strategic calendar management for multiple stakeholders, ensuring that executives can focus on their key responsibilities. You will initiate, own, and implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency and support the growth of the organization.
You will also be responsible for owning small to large-scale projects that contribute to the overall success of the Product organization. Your ability to navigate a growing environment will be crucial as you help enable and accelerate Snowflake's growth. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all administrative functions are executed seamlessly, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.
