You are an experienced administrative professional with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. You excel at managing complex calendars and prioritizing strategic scheduling to ensure that executives can focus on their core responsibilities. Your excellent communication skills allow you to craft clear and transparent communications that keep teams informed and aligned. You thrive on building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, understanding that collaboration is key to operational success.
You have a knack for developing and implementing operational efficiencies, such as streamlining new hire onboarding processes or establishing effective review mechanisms. Your organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to create, organize, and maintain team resources that ensure information is easily accessible and well-structured. You are proactive in solving problems and enjoy taking ownership of small to large-scale projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership in the Engineering organization to strategize and operationalize all administrative functions. You will effectively manage complex calendars for Engineering Leadership, ensuring that scheduling is prioritized according to strategic needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational efficiencies that enhance team productivity and streamline processes.
You will manage the team budget, travel, and expenses, processing all reimbursements and managing invoices and Purchase Orders. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining team resources, such as mailing lists and shared drives, to ensure that information is organized and easily accessible. You will take notes during staff meetings and communicate key points to keep teams aligned and informed.
Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential as you help executives effectively scale the business by providing structure and organization. You will be instrumental in crafting communications that resonate with stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
