Who you are
You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and you bring over 14 years of experience in software product development. With at least 6 years in team management, you excel at leading high-caliber software teams and are passionate about hiring and grooming talent. You understand business priorities and can translate your team's contributions into tangible business value, ensuring that integration challenges never stand in the way of success.
Your leadership style is customer-focused, and you possess stellar delivery execution skills. You build strong relationships with Product Management and have a keen understanding of ROI. You are adept at managing technical roadmaps and keeping technical debt under control, ensuring that your team remains motivated and focused on their goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and lead a team of developers working on one of Celigo's important platform areas. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical team's roadmap, ensuring that projects align with business objectives and deliver value to customers. You will represent your team to leadership, advocating for their needs and contributions while fostering a collaborative environment.
You will also focus on hiring and developing high-quality talent, conducting regular one-on-ones to support career growth and performance management. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integration solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
