What you'll do

As the Research Engineering Manager, you will lead the Evaluations team, responsible for curating and building benchmarks that are critical to AI progress at Meta Superintelligence Labs. You will collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers to define the strategic vision for evaluation infrastructure. Your leadership will ensure that your team delivers high-quality, scalable benchmarks and reinforcement learning environments that directly impact the research direction and major model lines within MSL. You will maintain high velocity across your team, adapting to rapidly shifting priorities as you advance the technical research frontier. Your role will involve guiding your team through a variety of problems in the evaluations space, from implementing existing benchmarks to developing novel benchmarks and environments.
