What you'll do

As a Research Engineer on the Evaluations team, you will curate and build benchmarks that are crucial for the development of advanced AI models. Your role will involve collaborating with researchers to determine which capabilities should be prioritized and how to measure the improvements of models effectively. You will be responsible for implementing existing benchmarks and developing new ones, ensuring that they are reliable and scalable.

You will also work on creating reinforcement learning environments that facilitate the evaluation of AI models. This includes designing experiments that assess model performance and iterating on benchmarks based on research findings. Your contributions will directly impact the research direction and major model lines within Meta Superintelligence Labs, making your role pivotal in advancing AI technology.
