What you'll do

As a Research Engineer on the Evaluations team, you will curate and build benchmarks that are essential for the development of advanced AI models. Your role will involve collaborating with researchers to collect, develop, and deploy novel benchmarks and reinforcement learning environments. You will be responsible for implementing existing benchmarks and creating new evaluation tooling at scale, directly impacting the research direction of Meta Superintelligence Labs.

You will need to maintain a high velocity in your work while adapting to shifting priorities, ensuring that the evaluations you create are not only effective but also contribute to the overall progress of AI capabilities at Meta.
