What you'll do

As a Market Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to real-time crises and managing incidents to resolution. You will work closely with stakeholders in Operations, Policy, Legal, and Product teams to review and enforce content reported for potential abuse. Your role will involve optimizing and automating processes to enhance the overall support experience for users in the India and South Asia region. You will conduct risk-related investigations and assess emerging risks, ensuring that the organization is well-prepared to handle complex enforcement challenges. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement in the Global Response Operations team, helping to protect Meta's communities.
