What you'll do
As an IT Operations Specialist at Figma, you will be the point of contact for all IT-related matters in the APAC region. You will provide outstanding support to Figmates, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve triaging tickets and resolving day-to-day IT issues, which will require you to be hands-on and responsive to user needs. You will also support onboarding efforts, ensuring that new hires are set up with minimal issues on their first day.
In addition to providing support, you will work on innovative automations to streamline IT processes, enhancing efficiency across the organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting with asset management and device refreshes for laptops and peripherals in the APAC region. You will be expected to develop creative solutions for new IT problems that arise, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team.
