What you'll do

As a Market Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Global Response Operations team, responding to real-time crises and managing incidents to resolution. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to review and enforce content reported for potential abuse, ensuring compliance with Meta's policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk-related investigations and assessing operational challenges to enhance the overall support experience for users in Cambodia and the broader Asia Pacific region.

You will work closely with the Specialized Enforcement Operations team to tackle high-priority enforcement challenges, leveraging your local knowledge and expertise to provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to scale operations by optimizing and automating processes. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and strategies to prevent future issues, ensuring that Meta's community remains safe and supported.
