Who you are

You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in safety or compliance environments — your experience includes leading teams and managing high-stakes situations where user trust and safety are paramount. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Policy, and Engineering. You are adept at handling sensitive cases and making quick, informed decisions that align with company policies and user safety standards. Your leadership style fosters a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.

Desirable

Experience in technology or AI-related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on user safety and compliance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Global Safety Response Operations team, ensuring that high-risk safety cases are handled with the utmost care and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of Safety Response Analysts, guiding them through complex cases and providing support as needed. Your role will involve direct engagement with high-severity escalations, where your judgment and expertise will be critical in determining the appropriate response. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that safety protocols are adhered to and that communication flows smoothly across teams. Additionally, you will be accountable for the operational performance of your team, setting goals and metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
