You have experience in internal communications, ideally within a large organization, and understand how to craft messages that resonate with employees. You possess strong writing skills and can create content that is both engaging and informative, ensuring that company updates are communicated effectively. You are comfortable working with various internal social platforms and can adapt your communication style to suit different audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with leadership to convey key messages. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all communications are timely and relevant.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support end-to-end internal communications across Meta, focusing on social-first execution. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement communication strategies that align with company priorities. Your responsibilities will include crafting announcements, narratives, and leadership messaging that are clear and engaging. You will ensure that communications are tailored to the internal social platforms used by employees, making them feel human and timely. You will also collaborate with other departments to gather insights and feedback, continuously improving the effectiveness of internal communications. This position is a Short Term Employment opportunity for 12 months, allowing you to make a significant impact during your time at Meta.
