You are adept at representing the Edge and Network Services team across stakeholder groups, ensuring critical projects are achieved.

Your experience includes scoping, developing, and implementing strategies that integrate new technologies while supporting existing ones. You have a knack for identifying root causes in complex systems and quickly learning new domain expertise and technologies. You are forward-thinking and proactive in your approach to network operations.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the delivery of field services as part of the Edge and Network Services team. You will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies for integrating new technologies and improving existing ones. Your responsibilities will include scoping and implementing network solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

You will work closely with internal business teams and external vendors to ensure that the network infrastructure meets the evolving needs of the organization. Your role will involve analyzing operational pain points and implementing solutions that drive improvements. You will also represent the ENS team in discussions with stakeholders, ensuring that critical projects are prioritized and executed effectively.

Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement network solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the network infrastructure is robust, scalable, and capable of supporting the demands of a rapidly evolving environment.
