Who you are

You have a strong background in network operations with expertise in hyperscale data center structured cabling and fiber connectivity solutions. Your experience in IP networking allows you to effectively support the delivery of field services as part of the Edge and Network Services team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy identifying operational pain points to implement process enhancements and automation solutions. Your ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand technical drivers for the business sets you apart.

You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with internal business teams, external vendors, and network design/engineering teams. You have a proven track record of scoping, developing, and implementing strategies that integrate new technologies while ensuring operational supportability. Your analytical mindset helps you to represent the ENS team across various stakeholder groups, ensuring critical projects are achieved.

Desirable

Experience with automation tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with network design principles and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems will enhance your candidacy. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies will be beneficial in this role.
