What you'll do

As a Critical Operations Manager at Meta, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operations of a data center with a capacity of approximately 30-70 MW. You will lead a team focused on maintaining high operational standards and implementing modernization initiatives. Your role will involve regular assessments of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the data center meets the demands of our customers. This includes working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to address any technical challenges that arise. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for your team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
