Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and make data-driven decisions that enhance business continuity. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and are comfortable managing a team to drive performance. You have experience pulling data from various databases and are proficient in tools like Excel and SQL, which you use for reporting and analysis. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing shifts while ensuring that your team meets performance metrics.
What you'll do
As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for managing a team and facilitating the flow of information across multiple stakeholders. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that customer experience and business continuity are prioritized. Your role will involve developing performance metrics to drive team performance and making data-backed decisions based on trends you identify. You will communicate regularly with external customers, such as carriers and suppliers, as well as internal teams like Finance and Fulfillment Centers. You will escalate any issues or variances in data to the relevant owners and follow through on resolutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing shifts and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement within your team, driving change management initiatives to completion.
