What you'll do

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping Meta's security risk posture. You will collaborate with leaders across Security, Product, Engineering, and Legal to deliver meaningful impact on the company's ability to meet global regulatory requirements and business objectives. You will drive strategic risk initiatives, ensuring that the organization's security governance, risk, and compliance program is robust and effective. Your responsibilities will include influencing and guiding teams, aligning security practices with business goals, and fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that security risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. Your role will involve regular engagement with governance forums and regulatory entities, ensuring that Meta's security practices are aligned with industry standards and best practices. You will also be responsible for setting the vision for the GRC program, driving innovation, and continuously improving security capabilities across the organization.
