You have extensive experience in security risk management and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) β you've successfully led teams in developing and implementing security policies and frameworks that align with regulatory requirements. Your strategic mindset allows you to foresee potential risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring the integrity of the organizationβs data and systems.
You possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams β your ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders is exceptional. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by a mission to safeguard customer trust and data integrity.
What you'll do
As the Director of Security, GRC, you will guide the enterprise-wide security risk management strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and maintain a robust security posture across the organization, embedding security into the culture and operations of Robinhood.
