Your expertise includes performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and conducting reliability tests to ensure product quality. You are skilled in root cause analysis (RCA) and have a proven track record of driving continuous product and process improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing excellence.

You possess excellent analytical skills and are detail-oriented, ensuring that all aspects of product quality are meticulously evaluated. Your ability to generate detailed reports and communicate findings effectively is crucial in this role. You are proactive in establishing in-house test beds and are comfortable managing global suppliers to ensure mass production readiness. You will develop and track Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) metrics that are essential for maintaining high standards of product quality. Your responsibilities will include performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points and mitigate risks before they impact production.

You will design and execute reliability tests to validate the performance of optical components, ensuring they meet the required specifications. Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) will be a key part of your role, as you will investigate failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in product and process quality.

Establishing in-house test beds will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to conduct thorough evaluations of optical technologies. You will generate detailed reports on test results and quality metrics, providing insights that will inform decision-making processes. Your ability to coordinate and manage global suppliers will be critical in ensuring that manufacturing processes are optimized for mass production readiness.
