What you'll do

As the Site Selection Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of Meta's Site Development organization. You will lead efforts to enhance site selection processes, ensuring they are efficient and scalable to meet the growing demands of Meta's data centers. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential sites, considering factors such as capacity, location, and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with Meta's overall business objectives. This includes conducting market research, analyzing site performance metrics, and presenting findings to executive leadership. Your ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives forward.

In addition, you will oversee the execution of site selection projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with various teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure that all aspects of site development are considered and addressed.
