Who you are

You have a strong background in site selection and colocation management, ideally with experience in data centers. Your expertise includes conducting market assessments and understanding power availability and fiber regulations. You are skilled in vendor management and have a strategic mindset that aligns with business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, construction, finance, legal, and network planning teams to ensure that selected sites meet operational, technical, and business requirements. You are proactive and innovative, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end site selection process for new data center facilities, ensuring that all aspects of site evaluation are thoroughly assessed. You will conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify optimal locations for data center developments and colocation expansions. Your responsibilities will include evaluating power availability, fiber connectivity, and compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure that selected sites align with the company's operational and technical requirements. You will also manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the site selection process. Your role will be critical in supporting the company's global data center growth strategy, and you will have the opportunity to influence key decisions that impact the company's infrastructure and service delivery.
