You are comfortable engaging with users on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit, and you understand the importance of community in driving product success.

What you'll do

As an Open Source Community Advocate at Metabase, you will be the voice of the community, helping users get the most out of our data analytics tools. You will engage with users on our discourse forum, answering questions and providing guidance on how to transform their data into actionable insights. Your role will involve monitoring social media channels and responding to user inquiries, ensuring that both trial users and paying customers receive the support they need.

You will collaborate closely with the Success Engineering team to identify common user challenges and develop resources that empower users to succeed. By building relationships with users in the community, you will gather feedback that informs product improvements and enhances the overall user experience. Your insights will help shape the direction of our open source offerings and contribute to the growth of our user base.
