You have a proven track record in community building and developer advocacy, with experience in creating and scaling community initiatives. Your background includes working closely with technical teams to understand their needs and translating that into engaging content and community strategies. You are passionate about fostering a vibrant community that supports developers and enhances their experience with the product. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage metrics to measure community engagement and success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the community strategy and operating model for Tines, making key decisions about the platforms and tools used to engage with the community. You will launch initiatives to drive early momentum and establish a strong presence in the developer community. Your responsibilities will include creating a repeatable system for the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality templates and library content. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that community feedback is integrated into product development. Additionally, you will analyze community engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts. You will represent Tines at industry events and engage with developers to promote the community and its resources.
