What you'll do

As an Engagement Associate at Metaview, you will play a key role in helping our customers transform their hiring workflows with AI. You will be responsible for driving adoption and retention among SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring they realize the full potential of our AI-driven solutions. Your role will involve guiding customers through the change management process, enabling them to adopt AI at scale, and surfacing insights that sharpen their hiring strategies.

You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored support and solutions that enhance their experience with our product. Your insights will be crucial in helping customers navigate the complexities of integrating AI into their hiring processes. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
