What you'll do

As an Engagement Manager at MongoDB, you will be responsible for driving professional services sales by understanding customers' portfolios and IT priorities. Collaborating with a best-in-class sales organization, you will develop account strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption and growth. You will manage the Professional Services pipeline for bookings and revenue, ensuring that all deals are driven from inception to closure.
