What you'll do

As a Product Engineer at Metaview, you will lead the design, development, and operations of innovative products that leverage AI to improve hiring processes. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the products meet customer needs and drive user engagement. Your role will involve writing high-quality code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to the overall architecture of the systems you work on. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during development and in production.

You will work in a small, autonomous team where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's success. You will be expected to take ownership of your projects and drive them to completion, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and vision. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and help shape the engineering culture at Metaview.
