You are a seasoned sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in consultative selling, particularly focused on high-income clients. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is key to your success, and you thrive in environments where your performance is rewarded with significant benefits. Your experience includes effective client prospecting through various channels, and you are comfortable making daily calls to schedule meetings with potential clients. You understand the importance of executing the commercial plan defined by the company and are skilled at managing and developing a portfolio of clients to ensure strong performance indicators.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting high-income clients through various means, including daily calls and in-person visits. You will execute the commercial plan set by MetLife, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. Your daily tasks will involve maintaining and developing your client portfolio, ensuring that you provide exceptional service and support to your clients.
You will also be expected to manage your client portfolio effectively, maintaining good performance indicators and fostering strong relationships. Your ambition will drive you to achieve recognition and rewards, including commission opportunities that have no ceiling.
