You have a proven track record of making high-quality decisions quickly, aligning your team's goals with broader organizational strategies. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with UX, CXE, Research, and Trust partners to achieve defined customer and business outcomes. You are adept at navigating the challenges of security in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, and you thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and strategic execution.

What you'll do

As the Principal Engineering Manager - Squad Leader, you will have end-to-end accountability for your squad's performance and outcomes. You will set the direction for your team, driving execution on key initiatives that align with Microsoft Security's mission to create a safer digital world. You will lead approximately 10-12 engineers and one product manager, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish and innovation is encouraged.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your squad meets its goals while also contributing to the overall strategy of the Purview and Security teams. This includes making fast, informed decisions that impact the squad's success and the broader organizational objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive measurable impact in your projects.
