You are comfortable working with various tools and technologies, and you have a passion for building and assembling complex systems.
What you'll do
As the Lead Technician, you will oversee the satellite production team, guiding them to meet daily production targets while ensuring adherence to work orders. You will play a crucial role in the mechanical and electrical assembly of satellite components and subassemblies, integrating them into final vehicle assemblies. Your responsibilities will include building battery cell modules and solar modules, contributing to the overall success of the Starlink project.
You will assist in developing production processes, identifying continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
