Who you are
You have a strong background in cloud engineering, with experience in designing and supporting operations capabilities within secure and highly-available environments. You understand the complexities of cross-domain data transfer and have a keen eye for security and compliance requirements. Your ability to work collaboratively in a geo-distributed team is essential, as you will be part of a team that tackles exciting engineering challenges in the Sovereign Cloud Program.
You possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and its capabilities, enabling you to effectively support the operations infrastructure. Your experience with WAN and LAN connectivity will be crucial in ensuring secure operational access to the National Partner Clouds (NPCs). You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to problem-solving, which allows you to navigate the demanding security and sovereignty requirements of the role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting operations capabilities within high-assurance environments. You will work closely with local operations teams to enable secure data transfer between the Azure public cloud and NPCs. Your expertise will help ensure that the infrastructure meets critical security and monitoring requirements.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex engineering challenges and contribute to the overall success of the Sovereign Cloud Program. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to connectivity and data transfer, ensuring that operations run smoothly and securely.
