Microsoft is hiring a Solution Specialist-Digital Native to engage with customers in the digital native industry and drive digital transformation. You'll collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop solutions and manage business opportunities in Beijing.

Who you are

You have experience engaging in conversations with customers in the digital native industry, helping them understand how various workloads can enable their digital transformation. You are skilled at turning opportunities into deals and have a collaborative mindset, working closely with internal teams and partners to develop effective solutions.

You are adept at analyzing competitor products and implementing strategies to position Microsoft favorably in customer communications. Your ability to review feedback and coach others ensures high customer satisfaction and helps decrease dissatisfaction through effective recovery action plans.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end business of your assigned territory, conducting forecasting for accounts and developing a strategic portfolio and territory plan. You will apply the orchestration model to leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, navigating the Microsoft organization to maximize customer impact.

You will collaborate with the One Commercial Partner (OCP) and a network of partners to identify new opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Your responsibilities will include developing joint proposals with partners and contributing to the development of partner strategies that align with customer scenarios.
