What you'll do

As a Cloud Systems Engineer at mParticle, you will be responsible for maintaining strict production SLAs for our custom distributed application running on AWS. You will monitor system performance, implement alerting mechanisms, and manage incidents to ensure the stability and security of our platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance system reliability.

You will engage in continuous learning and stay updated on best practices in cloud engineering and incident management. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver personalized and engaging experiences to our customers. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for cloud operations, ensuring that our infrastructure can scale effectively as we grow.
