You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing and growing customer accounts. Your experience in upselling and cross-selling strategies has enabled you to effectively increase revenue and customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping businesses succeed through innovative technology solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs. Your ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth sets you apart. You are driven by results and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes for your clients.
What you'll do
As an SMB Account Executive, you will focus on increasing the revenue and success of our existing customer portfolio. You will utilize upsell strategies to encourage customers to move to higher software tiers or add on marketing and retention tools. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services and to identify additional needs.
You will collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless experience for clients post-onboarding. Your insights will help shape our approach to customer engagement and retention, driving long-term success for both the customers and the company.
