You are a high-energy sales professional with a proven track record in closing deals, particularly in the SMB sector. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with business owners to understand their needs and demonstrate how Maple can provide value. You have excellent communication skills and can articulate the benefits of technology solutions to non-technical audiences. You are motivated by achieving sales targets and enjoy the satisfaction of helping customers succeed from day one. You are adaptable and ready to contribute to defining the sales process at Maple as the company grows. You understand the importance of feedback loops and are eager to learn and improve continuously.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for closing 7–15 new SMB customers each week, leveraging a steady flow of warm leads provided by the growth marketing team. You will engage with business owners, helping them quickly understand the value of Maple's AI agents and guiding them through the decision-making process. Your focus will be on executing a high-velocity sales motion, ensuring that each interaction is meaningful and tailored to the customer's needs. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the sales process and tools as Maple scales, providing feedback and insights based on your experiences in the field. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging and lead quality, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
