What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design strategy and execution for the Payments pillar, which includes checkout, subscriptions, refunds, credits, invoicing, payouts, and transaction reporting. You will lead discovery and problem framing through user research and data analysis, ensuring that the solutions you design are both intuitive for operators and resilient for systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex financial processes into seamless user experiences. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics, continuously improving the product to meet the evolving needs of wellness entrepreneurs. You will also mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
