What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with global customers to implement the Mindtickle platform, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will design scalable enablement programs that address critical onboarding and pipeline challenges, working closely with Engagement Managers and Revenue Operations teams. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of performance consulting, allowing them to achieve measurable success.

You will be responsible for translating customer needs into actionable plans, collaborating with product teams to ensure that the Mindtickle platform meets the evolving demands of the market. Your strategic insights will guide the development of enablement programs that drive revenue productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.

As part of the Professional Services team, you will engage in continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing your knowledge and insights, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
