What you'll do
As a Professional Services Consultant at Outreach, you will be the main point of contact for customers post-sale, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they understand the features and benefits of the Outreach platform. You will work closely with customers to develop tailored implementation strategies that align with their business goals. Your role will involve educating clients on best practices and helping them exceed their KPIs through effective use of the platform.
