What you'll do
As a Sales Technology Intern, you will help maintain and update process documentation for sales tools, ensuring accuracy and usability. You will monitor tool usage and adoption, providing actionable insights for improvement. Your role will involve generating and distributing weekly and monthly KPI reports to track tool effectiveness and sales performance. You will perform occasional minor user maintenance and updates within sales tools, ensuring that the content supports sales engagement strategies. Additionally, you will create and manage targeted lists using CRM, Zoom, D&B, and other data sources for outreach and sales initiatives. You will stay informed on new sales tool features and functionalities to maximize their potential and optimize sales processes. Collaborating with Sales Operations, Sales Teams, and Enablement teams will be key to gaining feedback and improving processes.
