You enjoy problem-solving and are committed to ensuring that our merchants can run their businesses effectively. Your ability to listen and empathize with customers sets you apart as a valuable team member.
What you'll do
As a Business Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of Mollie’s merchants, providing support through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. You will assist businesses with queries about working with Mollie, including pricing, terms, onboarding processes, and technical setups. Your contributions will help improve the customer experience by providing feedback and innovative solutions to common queries.
You will actively identify areas for improvement in our support processes, ensuring that common issues are addressed in self-serve articles. By collaborating with the Product and Sales teams, you will help enhance our service offerings and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Your role will also involve upselling services to merchants, ensuring they are aware of all the options available to them.
