What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our merchants, ensuring they receive the excellent support they need to succeed and grow. You will listen to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and use their feedback to drive real, innovative changes within Mollie. Your impact will be immediate as you help make our customers proud to work with us by providing outstanding, proactive service. You will collaborate with a new and growing team in Lisbon, owning the success of our growing merchant base and contributing to the overall customer experience.
