Your experience in environments where design was central to the business has helped you understand how to win customers through exceptional design.

Desirable

Experience in leading design teams and setting a vision for product design at scale is a plus. Familiarity with financial product design can be beneficial as you will be setting new standards in this area.

What you'll do

As the Head of Product Design at Mollie, you will shape the design vision for all products, including the Dashboard, App, Onboarding, and Checkout. You will elevate the design system to be scalable across every product while ensuring it remains distinctively Mollie. Your role will involve building and leading a world-class design team that combines rigor with boldness, setting a new standard for financial product design in Europe. You will be hands-on when necessary, ensuring that the design discipline is not only elevated but also integrated into the core of the product development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design is at the forefront of product strategy and execution.
