You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating intuitive and elegant solutions that simplify financial management for small and medium-sized enterprises. Your experience includes enhancing design systems to improve both quality and speed of delivery, ensuring that your designs are not only functional but also visually appealing. You are confident in tackling complex interaction challenges and possess a keen eye for visual details that distinguish great design from good design.
You are skilled in user research and collaboration, knowing how to effectively prototype and validate ideas quickly. Your ability to transition seamlessly from research to strategy to interaction and visual design sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to defining design strategies and bringing them to life, working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will contribute to the Business Accounts domain by defining a design strategy and executing it through various design phases. You will take ideas from concept to reality, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs meet user needs and business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, designing experiments to validate assumptions, and iterating on your designs based on feedback and data.
You will be responsible for creating prototypes that effectively communicate your design vision and facilitate user testing. Your work will directly impact the user experience of Mollie's financial management platform, helping to shape the future of fintech. You will also play a key role in enhancing the overall design quality and consistency across the platform, ensuring that every interaction is smooth and user-friendly.
